It comes from a letter of a 26-year-old woman diagnosed with cancer and died at that age. Are you surrounded by people who give you problems, stress, negative feelings, who betrays you, insult you, have no life, and so on and so forth. This is the phrase corresponding also to those who face problems related to the people around them.
Maybe you need to throw away things that causes you sorrow no matter how hard you try to make it better. Because the things we really want but gives us a sigh of extreme resentment are not really meant to be in our life.
Maybe you need to choose the path that you know is right but you are hesitant to leave things you do not want to let go because you’re used to it and it already hurts thinking of letting it go. Look closely. Think deeply but calmly, why we are unable to move forward and could not experience real happiness or joy? Is it worth it that the past mistake we did, the bad decisions we made, better job opportunities we let slipped through our hands because we decided to stay..
What is good for your heart is good for your brain. Heart-brain connection, been my guide and trying to apply to myself mostly on those darkness times.. Which to follow? Brain first? Or heart first?
Try to take a deep breath and feel the beating of your heart. How it feels? Is your chest feels heavy and it signals your brain and your mind telling you it feels like something is squeezing your heart because you remember something in your past that hurts you and the reason you’re still stuck in this kind of bad memory? Or in the situation where happiness is accompanied with pain and guilt and you know it’s not right?
Nobody can tell us Letting go is always easy. But once our heart knew that it is the best way, we should follow this. Fear in our heart is inevitable, but this is where we should use our brain. Instead of putting this fear stuck in our heart we should take away this fear and place with hope. That pain in letting go is just temporary and it will feel better someday and it’s for the best.
That empty hole in your heart, place something in it with hope and believe, so fear and reluctance won’t have a room in it. We cannot be a failure without our own consent. Something new like changes, we should be open on this. Think of it as an opportunity or way out from a situation that you aren’t happy and gives you grief towards better life.
As they said, life is short. And your life is yours. It’s given to us not to be wasted. Unless you permit that. There is so much reasons to be happy. We just need courage to throw away bullshit and be the master of our own life. It’s the thought that counts right? So give ourselves a gift, a good thoughts about past so we can lived the present and can positively looking forward the future.
Thanks to the continuous ink system (CISS) and we are printing with no worrying about expensive ink purchases and frequent cartridge replacements. But the common problem of the CISS is the cessation of the flow of ink especially that it has not been used for a long time.
There are many suggestions that can be read on the internet but in my personal experience, the fast and speedy solution is — either Deep Cleaning or System Cleaning. The latter works like magic though.
System Cleaning required more ink than deep cleaning so before you try this step, visually check first the ink level and make sure that the ink tank has enough or not below the 1st line of ink level because the printer may damage if the remaining ink is below the minimum required.
Turn on Printer. Go to Start and select Device and Printers.
Right click the Printer name currently in use and select Printer Properties or Printer Preference.
Select the Maintenance tab.
Click System Cleaning and click Execute.
It will take a few minutes to complete the System Cleaning but it is worth to try even it consumes a lot of ink.

So we don’t usually get or choose to talk about unambiguously good or nice things.
That doesn’t mean they don’t exist though.

Sure, it won’t last, and what the future brings may be at best uncertain but this… This moment is yours. You make it yours. And after that, the next one. And string then together like blueberries on the straw that is your life.
A necklace of lovely, small bubbles that make quote the mess when you bye into them, and that won’t last… But just here and now, you savor them and their plump sweetness. And sometimes that’s good enough.
Every time I’m on a trip or vacation, the first question to ask to your fellow travelers or backpackers is “Where are you from?” And there are two kinds of reactions I can get from them when I answer Palawan, it’s either they’re surprised or they have no idea where it is. Most of the time, they know my place. Why not? They are travelers or backpackers. Some even know those hidden places that most people doesn’t know exist.
When my father was assigned to Palawan, he decided that we would live there and he would retire. So I became a Palaweña. And thank goodness we don’t need to move everywhere because of his job as a soldier. Finally got a place called home. But how is Palawan 24 years ago?
If you have a car, you’re famous. Because when I was in elementary school, I remember the first car purchased by my parents, the red Volkswagen beetle 1969. In our school, me and my siblings are well-known as having a car they called red turtle.
Car’s very convenient for our family, my parents used to bring us to picnics, waterfalls, mountains and beaches. Now I understand why they decided to settle in Palawan. It’s a paradise! The road was mainly rough way back then. We lived in the city, there is no traffic. You rarely see a four-wheeled vehicle it’s usually tricycle and motorbike. At eight in the evening, you barely see people on the streets.

When I was in college, I regularly go to the beach with friends to swim, have fun and collect shells and seaweeds that are edible to eat. Palawan is surrounded by sea, it won’t take you long to find a beach nearby. And it’s free. No fence, no big resorts, no security guards, you can freely pick guava and coconut anywhere. Everything is very simple and serene yet happy. With rapid urbanization, everything’s changed aside Palawan is still an amazing and beautiful island.
One of my friend who owns a lodging house/bar now in El Nido used to invite us to their town when we’re still in college . But it will take you 12 hours (24 hours if one of the bridges there is impassable) before you can get there even it’s only 230km away from Puerto Princesa City so even though we’re so amazed and excited when he told us it’s really amazing there and he could take us to island hopping with their boat, we still didn’t make it, horrified with the trip we need to face. Now it will take 3-4 hours travel from Puerto Princesa to El nido by Van or Bus. There are also domestic flights now from Manila to El Nido.

And yeah, I so regret it. Small, Big and Secret lagoons now in El Nido swarmed by local and international tourists. Though it’s nice knowing that other people could enjoy the beauty of this place like us, still wanted to imagine exploring the island without a bunch of people.
Underground River. One of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Been there like seven times already and still keep coming back. Only an hour or two hours drive from the city. Very rough and muddy road way back 2002 when we first visited this place but we didn’t make it to the Underground. There are two ways to get there, by trekking (monkey trail) or by boat. I hardly hear now about monkey trail. People use a boat from Sabang pier.

Coron. My other college friend also invited us here. Travel by ship or boat is the only way to get there before but now there is the Busuanga Airport which caters domestic flights everyday from different airlines. There is an island called Calauit Island where you can see wild animals imported from Africa (1970), this island also known as Safari island. But guess what? The island was gone now, or let’s say the animals. There is a new big resort building there and about the animals I have no idea where are they now.
Honda bay. When I was a kid, there’s a story about the Bat Island, there is a foreign tourist who shoot bats on this island and when he was about to leave, there is nothing to see inside his sack that supposed to be filled with dead bats. Kinda interesting huh? Honda bay consists of couple of islands to visit such as Luli Island, Pandan Island, Snake Island, Bat Island, and Cowrie Island. Among those islands Snake Island and Bat Island are now off limits. It’s within Puerto Princesa City and travel time is only 15 minutes to reach Sta Lourdes Pier where you can register and rent a boat and choose among list of islands you wanted to visit..

I have a place here I called “hidden gem.” Where I bought my first beach property which is my long time dream. Staying on that island, I am thinking how I wish it won’t be discovered by many so it will stay like that. Untouched underwater stuff. Fishes and corals with different colors. Blue starfish. Underwater floral and fauna I have never seen in other places. But I would like to share also to people who are really interested in the beauty of nature to experience and see the wonder of this place. The feeling of living in a beautiful island is the very thing that I cannot ever exchange to living in the city. Peaceful environment which comes a peace of mind, no traffic of course, no pollution, fresh air, fresh sea foods, greenness , in short healthy living! Even if you do not have an internet, the hours are running unobtrusively. That’s what I noticed one time there is a total blackout in the island, and have a problem with the communication tower.
ps.. Sorry to the big fishes swimming in front of me every time I snorkel, it always came to my mind they will taste so yummy over the grill.. I can’t be vegan too.
